"South Peak Games is currently in the early stages of working on TNA iMPACT! 2011 for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PS2. The game will be built off of the same engine as the original iMPACT!. Some new features will include the four sided ring (as well as six), an updated roster (projecting around 35 in all) and the edition of the Six Sides of Steel match. Look for it in spring 2011." wrestlingtruth.com/news/wwe-sitcom-tna-impact-video-game-2011-heidenriech-to-tna-samoa-joe-injured/It seems that SouthPeak Games ended up with the TNA video game license since Midway shut down. They are going to be using the same engine as the first game, so I have very little hope that this one will be any better. We can always dream that THQ gets some competition so they have to step their game up again, right? Anyway, just found this and figured I'd post for discussion. Thoughts?

Honestly they need to start over, from the ground up. It would be nice if SVR did that one year, don't get me wrong 2010 was a good overhaul but, there was still a lot of the same and the changes weren't always for the better.
