Decided to pick up on a game I think is just simply a classic and one of the best fighting games that has ever been produced. It's the old PS2 Def Jam: Fight for New York, the sequel to Def Jam: Vendetta. I simply love the game. It has an awesome story mode and I think it's the best one out of the series so far. The creation mode is kind of limited, but I work with what they have to offer. Had to start from scratch since my PS3 died out on me, so this is my only creation so far on this game. It's Jin Remmy, nyukkas. XD I think he came out pretty well. There wasn't too many hairstyles that really fit Remmy's short dreads, so that's the closest thing. And again, like I usually do in e-feds, I subbed the goggles for a bandana. Kind of got a soldier thing going on, but the clothes are changeable, so it's not permanent. Just what I ended the story mode wearing. Got a comparison pic on the bottom, and I think it looks like Remmy even with the different style graphics. I might do some others like 187, Crack, Felony, or someone else when I feel like running through story mode again.

I loved this game the fight at the end with snoop or whatever he was called lol its been like 4 yrs or so since i played it last, was awesome. My char Iceman looked like a cross between Ricky Ortiz and Kofi Kingston hahah now that i booted up the game to look around again. i Just might have to play thru again for old time sakes. Remmy looks better on Def Jam IMO then he does in SVR hahhaa. good job man i like it.

Thanks. =P Here's another one. lol After finishing Def Jam: FFNY, I decided to pick up Def Jam: ICON up again and have another go around with that game again. Decided to recreate who I made the last time I had played through this game. Felt like the character in story mode appealed more to one Mr. Jayceon Williams, also known as Jay Crack to the masses. Mostly dealing with being a business man managing a record label, as well as kicking a few heads in along the way to get things rolling. Of course, with the remodeling of Jay on SmackDown!, I've also gone for a remodeling of his Def Jam: ICON version for his recreation. I think he came out pretty damn close even with the different graphic styles going on. Just kind of threw him in a suit since he's a "business man." lol

Vendetta sure brings back memories. Three words: Thug-ed out Damian. XD Unfortunately I lost the memory card with that game save on it so I can't take pictures. LOL. But great work nonetheless, FAM.

It has it's ups and downs in creation mode. Morphing wise is deeper. You use the L3 and R3 to morph stuff. Hairstyles are kind limited and you don't get new ones with progress like with FFNY. I think there's only one voice for the story mode character. Clothing is pretty good. Not completely deep, since it's a rap based game, so yeah. There are some deeper parts within creation mode, but some stuff either stayed similar or took a step back. I found ICON to be a pretty good game and worth checking out, but I still say FFNY is the best one out of all of them.
