So, I've been getting back into the theme of making combos out of moves. To explain, I used to do this on other games where I'd take two or three characters, and "link" their moves together via the power of editing! I did this a long time before I started doing walkthroughs of games on my YouTube channel. So, I'm doing it in Street Fighter IV and it's various incarnations currently. I hope you all enjoy.
Video #001: Makoto & Ibuki - Seichushen Hashinsho These two girls were introduced in Street Fighter 3: Third Strike and have been rivals to one another. So, why would they work together? Exactly that. When rivals aren't fighting one another, they're trying to one up one another. So, Ryu becomes an unfortunate victim in the two girls trying to one up one another. The move starts off with Makoto using her "Seichusen Godanzuki" attack and ends with Ibuki doing the second half of her "Hashinsho" attack, which leaves Ryu writhing in pain after.

Video #002 - Fei Long & Ryu - Gekirinken Shoryuken Ryu has been in Street Fighter since it's start, obviously, and Fei Long was introduced in one of the many Street Fighter II expansions. The two developed a rivalry over time, but will team up to face a common foe.
Coming up with this one was kind of tricky because there is only a few ways to lead off of Fei Long's "One Inch Punch" - I could have done a couple of moves into it, but I went into Ryu lifting them off the ground with a punch to the stomach and then following up with a Metsu Shoryuken.

Video #003 - M. Bison & Vega - Nightmare Claw Bison isn't out. In fact, being the leader of an organization comes with some benefits, such as having an assassin on your side. Vega teams up with his "boss" to deal out some punishment on Chun Li. It starts off with Bison doing his first half of the "Nightmare Booster" and then ends with him knocking them out of the air into a waiting Vega who slashes them with the final hit of his "Splendid Claw" - very painful? I think so.
The music was added in place of the audio due to Bison's full line of "This place will become your grave!" being cut after "your" - to be honest though, I kind of like how it flows with the music, in terms of the actual in game music and voices not being cut or choppy.

Poor Ryu, that looked rather painful. It almost looks like he got hit in the junk with that first punch. XD Getting beaten to a pulp by a couple of women when you're supposed to be the greatest fighter in the world probably doesn't do much for his self-esteem. lol Top it off with getting sliced by a bunch of kunai before having your face buried into the ground by a fist, it was a pretty bad day to be him. It's probably the only time he ever wished he was Ken. Overall, I really liked the combo. It flowed together well I think. Speaking of having a bad day, Bison gets to take a beating from 2 of his biggest rivals. That's what he gets for looking creepy. I mean, look at that smile! *shivers* Only a face a mother could love......as well as the fists of Fei Long and Ryu. Fei certainly is quick with those punches. It reminds me of Honda on SF2 (the last and only one I played). That uppercut from Ryu looked pretty viscious too. I wonder how many teeth Bison has left after that? He may need dentures. It was a nice combo video and looks good together. Bison and Vega were always tough to face, so it's no wonder Chun Li had such a hard time with them. Bison's combo was cool, I remember hating when he did that flying spin and would set you on fire. lol But, it worked well and then knocking Chun Li out of the air and into Vega's claw was a nice touch. Vega didn't do much, but it worked well. It looked like a real combo move in the game.

Video #004 - Chun Li & Yun - Hosenka Rengeki This one wasn't as tricky to come up with as some of the others, it was just mainly on deciding who I wanted to use for it. I had already decided I wanted to use Chun Li for the next video, to kind of keep with a pattern of "loser goes next"... but I'll be breaking that pattern later if I can.
Anyway, for this, we have Chun Li starting off the attack with her Ultra 1, Hoesnka, which she does the entire animation of, and then it leads into Yun finishing up with the second half of his Ultra 2, Sorai Rengeki.
I tried to get it as fluid as possible, and I think I did good with it, but I'm still not 100% satisfied with it. The hard part of it was using trying to get it to flow nicely, since Yun "rides" them into the air in his Ultra 2's animation, as if he was on a Skateboard. Sure, we could chalk it up to he "boarded" Juri after Chun Li launched her with the kick but it still bugs me (only slightly though)
Video #005 - Cammy & C. Viper - Gyro Drive Dance Not really sure what to say about this. It was an easy one in thought process and editing but I'm still not happy with it. I think it's the transition between the two moves. I may try it again, just with them being reversed, as in C. Viper starting the move off and ending with Cammy going after the airborne opponent.
Video #006 - Sakura and Juri - Haru Dankairaku Would these two work together? Probably not. But this one was too good to pass up, honestly. I do apologize that Juri isn't present in the winners screen, I had forgotten to record her win animation. Sorry about that. Starts off with Sakura performing the majority of her "Haru Ranman" - sending them airborne, following after and knocking them back down into Juri's waiting foot. I would have ended it with Sakura landing on them, but the problem was, Rufus lands belly down from Juri's Ultra, whereas Sakura slams her feet into the opponent's gut. It wouldn't have worked. But this one is still nice, in my opinion.
