Anybody else watching it? My team is the Raiders. Surprised they didn't pick Crabtree. Hopefully Heyward-Bey isn't a bust. He was the fastest in the 40 for WRs. I just hope Al Davis has some sort of sanity left in him to know what he's doing.....

So much for the Giants drafting him. If they're smart, they'll trade some of their picks now to Cleveland and GET BRAYLON EDWARDS!!! I'm waiting to see now where Sanchez goes.

Sanchez went to San Francisco. The draft has been on for almost 3 hours. Right now the Giants are on the clock with pick 29.

Not upset with the Lions picks, although I desperately want to see some protection come in for Mr. Stafford. We don't need to kill another QB more than our club has the reputation for doing already...

I agree, now Detroit's got to get some depth on their offensive line before they worry about getting a wide receiver. As long as they don't think Stafford's going to be their worst to first savior, they're golden. High expectations for him and Sanchez with the Jets, I just hope people are realistic about their first seasons respectively, they could be bumpy considering the divisions they play in.
Looks like the Giants aren't going to make a move for Edwards or Boldin since they got Mays. That means they're going to add some serious depth to the team with how many picks they have this year.

If anything, all the Lions can do is improve. They got a pick coming up in a bit. I doubt they will trade up since they really need the best players they can get.

So the Chief's take a defensive end. Lame. This is gonna be another Tamba Hali all over again. After trading Gonzalez away (Argueably one of the best TE's of all time...and when I say argueably, I mean if you argue that FACT I will kill you ;D) they should be working on building up a new passing game. Bowe can't do it all. And Jeremy Maclin would have been a perfect compliment to him...Or Crabtree....But no...another DE. Hopefully this one turns out better.

I guess you didn't hear they are moving from a 43 to a 34 def? since jackson is the BPA for a 34 scheme KC picked what was needed to help the def. but i think there was alot of reaches in the first round. The lions had the best overall draft even with a QB that will only play in the pre season this yr.

I'm iffy about the Safety that we took though. I wish it was Laurinatis the lions are going to get more snaps outta that safety then what they got outta caleb campbell. One good thing for the lions is the bobby layne curse is done now so they may win a game or two lol. There are alot of good ball players left for them to get a MLB, Ohio state LBs dont transition to the NFL, look at Bobby Carpenter,AJ Hawk Etc.
