Has anyone here every used Fraps to capture video? If you have, I have a question. I started using Fraps to capture video today, and when I listened back through them, all that was captured was me speaking on the microphone, not the game audio and sounds. Anyway to fix that?

You have to configure it to detect the best sound input. There should be a ticker that you chose on the movies tab. It'll automatically detect your audio set up and reconfigure to it. Just be sure to adjust your volume levels so that the audio captured doesn't sound like it's in a wind tunnel. I use Fraps to capture my mugen video footage, which I have to start uploading some soon. ;D

I click on detect best one and that pops up as Stereo Mix. What's that mean?

Okay! Now I know what the problem seems to be. I installed Audacity and it picked up my test speaks fine. Then I plugged in my Dazzle. And after that, it was like Audacity no longer picked up my microphone. When the Dazzle was plugged in, my test speaks with Audacity were blank. Is there someway to fix that or does Audacity just not like the Dazzle?

Dazzle Video Creator Platinum uses a hardware encoding chip for real-time video encoding into high-quality MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 and DivX formats without taxing your computer’s CPU resources.
So despite having analog inputs on this device, it doesn't actually send any audio data to your computer. This device does all the video conversion by itself and then sends a video file through the USB connection.
That means it's never going to work in Audacity, no matter how hard you try
