Spoilers Ahead though there's not much to spoil lol
Gameplay: I'm going to start with this because the other reviews that I've read have really dumbed down the actual gameplay and make it out to be something it's not. The gameplay is not a hack and slash like the reviews I've read have made it out to be. Instead the gameplay is like the Hitman series. You can run in trying to take everyone down, but especially in later levels it won't work out too well lol. So you sneak around scaring the other bears with boos, sabatage environment objects, even hit and run attacks. There are many different ways to tackle the levels and ways to maximize your score. Each weapon and environmental object has a unique Ultra Kill. Also, doing the same thing over and over will reduce the effect it has on your score and the other bears, so if you roar enough, they may stop reacting to it.
Unfortunately there is one complaint I have about the gameplay. I've had the game freeze a couple times, which isn't really a game killer for me, but it does frustrate me to where I'll typically take a break from the game, since this is not a game you can get and play nonstop for 3 days and not get bored. This is a game to kill some time or quick game session before you gotta go somewhere.
Sound: I think the sound is fine for the game. It fits the theme very well and I really enjoy the narrator lol. His upbeat attitude and encouraging Naughty to kill the other bears just makes me smile lol.
Story: There's not much to say because there's not much of a story lol. If you're looking for a deep story with deep characters, don't bother with this game. The only reason the story is there is to give you a reason to have Naughty to kill the other bears lol. Which is cause they're all assholes to him(not that burying a small axe in someone's face is a friendly thing to do lol)
Characters/AI: I made this separate because this was the most shocking part of this game for me. The bears have more variety than I would have ever thought. I haven't seen every kind of bear, but what I have seen are standard, zombie, robots, cops, army, and even ninjas lol. On top of the variety they also have small differences that you can pick up on to judge and learn how they'll act. Some are total cowards and call for help from a phone or try to flee in a boat or car, and others will fight back. Most won't go in the woods, but there are a few that can and will chase you down in the woods lol.
Graphics: Alright first off, yes there is no blood in this game lol. When you kill bears you see stuffing and not a drop of blood, but that's not a deterrent for me. The graphics are what you would expect for the type of game lol. Kiddie with a touch of insanity lol.
Overall: Overall I think this game is a solid 7. You have 32 different costumes you can unlock and use with different benefits and stats, many ways to kill someone, and a variety of targets. However, if you play it constantly it can get boring quick. So that and the freezing drops the game to a 7 for me. I also don't think the game is worth standard new game price($60 for here). I would say if you want some mindless violence fun and you can pick it up for 20-30 dollars, buy it, or rent it.
Final Score: 7/10 Not a must-have title, but not as horrible as most reviews make it out to be lol
